Minority Scholarships Paper

I had to do a personal perspective paper a while back and I did it on why minorities shouldn't get scholarships simply for being minorities. It's not written that well because I just did it to get it done, and the conclusion bites because, lets face it, i suck at those too. Oh to be Nick...Anyways, it's on writeboard.
