Stuck on Broadway

It's a little blurry, but it's still them! Stuck on Broadway, I heart you. The show was good, other than it started like an hour and a half late...eh. Me and Steve (the guy in the middle) are homies now.

Then we went to Wal-Mart. This is Kasey and Alexa hinding behind their wicked cool purses. 

Yesterday, Kasey and I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It's a fantastic film. We were the only two in there, besides Josh and Allison so we could be loud and dance to the music when we felt it was necessary, which is nice, not having limits in the movies and all. I took pictures :) 

Hair Cut

I got my hair cut today! really, the main thing is my bangs, featured here. It's hard to take a picture of yourself, but I had to post it so mommy could see it, since I won't be seeing her for two weeks :( I love you mommy!

*BIG SIGH*

Oh my gosh, I didn't realize it until just now but I am so Freaking stressed out and it's still summer...the school year is going to be rough. I just do too much: softball, dance team, band, travel, work, and other side projects like trying to makeover my room, work on MAD, and other such things. (ps, MAD is the alice in wonderland "cover" if you will that i'm writing for my buff project). It's all starting to catch up with me, holy cow...this next vacation is a very much needed one. *sigh* then four days later school will start. Eep.

The Simple Pleasures of Summer

So I'm laying in my bed, it's midnight, watching Conan O'Brian and eating a snickers...and I got to thinking. Summer is so awesome, that not only will i lay awake late into the night watching late night television and eating candy bars in my bed, but I'll walk two flights downstairs to my computer just to post about it. Summer, I salute you. And with that, I bid you good night.

Stuck On Broadway Wednesday

Stuck On Broadway is playing at PJs in Manhattan on Wednesday, you cats up that way should check them out.

And speaking of Stuck On Broadway, my band She Said is playing with them this friday at the Foltz, so everyone should check that out too! We had practice today for the first time in like 3 months, but Adam is playing drums since Lucas is out of town, and Jeremy is playing guitar. Should be interesting, but it went really well tonight actually, so I i'm betting it'll be pretty good!

For second semester what we did was just fill in college classes everywhere I didn't have a class, and we're gonna figure those one's out later...i'll probably take a lab class and sign language for two of them. In any case, it's lookin to be a pretty easy year...except, throw in dance team, writing a play, and working for college $$, and it may get a bit stressful. But it's cool, I'm excited!...as excited as one can get for school, you know.

What a stressful day

So this morning I had to get up at like 7 becuase the dance team was dancing at deerfield days (thats alot of D's), then Chelsey didn't feel very good, so the whole way up I was afraid she was going to start puking all over the face of the planet. So we dance, we come home and nap for an hour, she goes to lunch with Corey and I sleep another 2 hours. During that sleep I had a dream that it was the day of prom, and I hadn't thought to get a dress. So after looking through Jenette's little collection, I finally found one, but then I realized I didn't have a date. Kasey didn't want to go, and it was just a big mess...but after a bit, while sulking around the halls of the high school, trying to find a guy w/o a date, who pops out of no where but Kayla Whitley. She starts just talking nonsense as usual, but this time she's signing along with it. Kayla always makes a bad situation good again. Thanks Kayla, thanks. thats not the end
THEN Rhonda wakes me up, I tell her all about the freakin dream and then we decide to get up and eat something (granola w/ yogurt). I changed into jeans, and when I came downstairs she's like "Why did you change into Jeans?" and I was like "umm...i didn't want to wear shorts" and she's like "Why?! Do you know something I don't?" and like it really freaked me out, cause she was buggin and I was like "WHYYYYYYYY!?!?" and she's like, "oh i didn't know if you just got cold on car rides or what." and that was kinda the end...it was a funnier story when I started typing it than when I finished. We took Chelsey home in the middle of it, so I just got home again. I don't think anything is going on tonight, so I'll probably just hang out at home. We're almost done listening to the 4th Harry Potter though, and it is a very good book. Oh, and the movie is gonna rock for this one. So ch-ch-check it out. happy saturday everyone!

Nuts to the Buckle!

I went to take my application into the buckle today, because i'm going to have to quit High Plains once school starts. So the guy decided to interview me real quick, but after he and the girl that was with him talked for a bit, I didn't get it basically because of my schedule with dance team and all. That sucked but oh well...i'll find another job somewheres. We're gonna eat pasta tonight so s'all good! YUM!

whats up 102 temp?

so this morning i woke up at like 5, waited for rhonda to get up around 6:30, and called her on my celll phone. I went and slept in the middle bedroom, and rhonda took my temp (102 F) yeah, it sucked. My body hurt to touch, but after tylenol and sleeping, it's just my throat that hurts now. I go to the doctors at 3:30...yuck. They have to swab my throat i'm sure, and if i have strep i will be pissed. Normally I wouldn't mind, but Chelsey is in town, so that sucks cause she has to just sit around with me...but I am watching Laguna Beach, which is just fine by me! Now i eat cereal! I'll keep the latest posted on the code 102

The After Math

After bowling we played video games. Chelsey and I got tight friendship bracelets with our tickets, and Addy and Bret took for freaking ever to get 20 tickets so they both could get these wicked pirate patches! After this we went to sonic west and got ice cream!!

Hard Rock Lanes

Tonight Chelsey, Bret, Addy and I went bowling. Bret didn't play though. This was the final score of the first game. The second game Chelsey ended up with 87, Addy with 88, and me with 96...Not gonna lie, I was kinda scared for my life when I beat Addy. He's a very competitive fella. But never the less the night was fun

Off to Co Ed!

The co ed softball season is upon us once again. I must go to my first practice, though I think i've missed a couple before today. My throat hurts, and after this we're going bowling! oh yeah ps. addy and bret played chelsey and I one of their songs from their new band. I'll put up a link later, but if I don't leave now I'm gonna be late!

*Got a new computer (awesome one, at that), and finally got internet set up...waiting to get cable instead of dial up though
*Went to dance camp last week, it was waaaay more fun than what I though, it was awesome. All the girls are so nice and sweet
*Chelsey Koehn (old skool bf from daycare) is staying with me for a week!!
*Yesterday there was a show w/ Charlize, Sleep Away, and Rookie of the Year. All were awesome, but Rookie of the Year is tight to fall asleep to.
*Today my friend Dwaine and his friend Josh from Scott came and we ate dinner at Jade Buffet (*yuck*)
*Tomorrow we're going to lunch w/ Joey and his friend, then I have co ed practice, and Chels is gonna hang out w/ Corey (her old skool crush from day care...and if you're wondering, yes they're going to get married someday). Then we're going to go team bowlling w/ Bret and Addy.

S A T U R D A Y Night!

sucks. we're just chillin at joe's house while joe b. pierces some ladies.
Last night however was super fun. Caitlin, Ciara, Hope, Val, Kasey, and I hung out at Caitlins for a while, then went to a party. Some guy told Hope he wanted to meet me, he was cool i guess. He asked if he could hold my hand after we hung out for a while and i was like "wellll...no" he was really nice though. His name was Joey Kelch, and he's a trainer at coyotes. I'm gonna see if I can't get a free membership (you have to milk these things for all they're worth, thats how we playas do it). then we dropped Val off and went to the Baron where I got eggs and toast *YUM* so then we went back to Caitlins and me her and kasey crashed until 12 the next morning. I vote more slumber parties, they're fun!

Summer Wow Yeah!

So camp was the most awesomely awesome time ever...yeah, that sums it up. The director was so cool about everything, we even got to stay out as late as we wanted the last night, and like 15 of us slept on the bball court. Very good times indeed, i'm uploading some pics right now, get them on here asap. Rhonda went up to Manhattan yesterday to take her test. I'm sad because I couldn't go. Work and dance keep me pretty busy.
Next week on Wednesday I leave for dance camp :)
Tonight Ciara, Kasey, Caitlin, and I are having a slumber party.
Pretty sure Chelsey Koehn (bf from when I was five) is gonna come down on the 18th and stay for a week
Softball team has won the last three games (5 if you count the two where the other team had to forfeit)
May go to Sarah's graduation in Hutch on Sunday, depending on if Adam can go
